1 RENTAL PERIOD AND RESERVATION

The Rental period consist of the number of hours reserved by the tenant

 

Half a day = from 8.30 – 12.30 or 13.30-17.30

Full day = from 8.30 – 17.30

 

The minimal rental period is half a day. Extra hours can be booked on demand. Evening and weekend rates are on request. The booking of the Studio is completed by a reply on the final quotation including an attachment of the terms and conditions mailed by Studio Zeep. By replying on this mail the tenant agrees with the terms and conditions.

 

2 RENTAL AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation within 1 week before the rental period 50% of the agreed rental fee must be paid. In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the rental period 100% of the agreed rental fee must be paid. The studio must be left in the same condition as it is entered. If not, a cleaning fee of 50,00 euro must be paid.

3. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

The tenant of the studio  is liable for any damage and/or defect, loss, theft of the studio, the equipment and furnishings in the studio and the building of de Wasserij. Damage and loss must be compensated by the tenant on the basis of new value. The tenant must check all rented equipment on damage before using it and report possible damage to Studio Zeep.

The tenant is responsible for all people and/or animals brought in the studio and the building of De Wasserij during the rental period. 

By accepting the terms and conditions the tenant declares to be in the possession of a liability insurance. 

 

4. HOUSE RULES

Smoking is NOT allowed in the studio. You can smoke at the front, or in the garden of the building. The tenant is responsible for supervising the photo studio.Do not turn on the sound equipment too loudly due to noise nuisance with the neighbours.

Visitors / users are not allowed to be in other units of the building except the photostudio. Place dirty dishes (cups/plates) in the dishwasher. We put the dishwasher on. After use please leave the studio clean and tidy.

Toilets/showers are located in the hallway and may be used. Loading and unloading is allowed in the courtyard. For parking a visitor’s pass is necessary, and will be provided by the host.
